My coaching approach looks at the person as a whole. Nothing you do works in isolation. For example, if you are stressed, you will likely make less than ideal food or drink choices, and your sleep will suffer.
Coaching is future focused and develops self awareness. Using well established coaching models and cognitive behavioural coaching, we will get to the root of your problems, setting small, achievable goals, which will provide momentum, leading to lasting change.

A one off payment of £390 for a coaching package of 6 x 1 hour sessions. Sessions can be delivered weekly or at intervals to suit you. Coaching is delivered in person, virtually or by telephone.
I am confident we can make lasting changes within this time frame.
Should you wish to book additional sessions, the cost is £65 per hour.
